The Tree Lighting Celebration in the Village of Stone Mountain on Friday evening, November 27, was a great sucess. The Ruby Red's Band announced plans for the Georgia Heritage Music Hall while providing Christmas music for the event. Over 1500 people were in attendance for the concert
Ruby Red's was 'augmented' with several guests and bandleaders of other groups that will be featured at the Music Hall, including Allen Murphy of the Peachtree Strutters, and L.A. Tuten from Laurenz & The Katzen. The Community Christmas Carol Sing-along was lead by Rebecca Ball from the Presbyterian Church of the Redeemer in Snellvlle.
